Academic activities at Oko polytechnic Campus located at Attani on
Friday 28th september came to a stand still has flood takes over.
According to the rector, the flood started as a result of over flow
over river banks owing to heavy downpour of raid. Thought no life was
lost, the polytechnic lost properties estimated to be above three
million naira as 13 lecture room and 10 offices were said to have
suffered greatly. The rector also use the opportunity to call on
government as well as other stake holders to come to the aid of the
institution.
