the list of candidates who have
been offered admission into the
polytechnic Full-Time National Diploma
programme of the for
the 2012/2013 academic
session.

NEXT?
If You saw your name in the
admission list and have been
offered provisional admission,
simply proceed to pay your
acceptance fee immediately.
A. ALL CANDIDATES OFFERED
ADMISSION IN THE 2012/2013
SESSION FOR FULL TIMEND
PROGRAMMES ARE EXPECTED TO PAY AN
ACCEPTANCE FEE OF TWENTY
THOUSAND NAIRA (N20,000.00)
AND SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED (N7,500) NAIRA
APPLICATION FORM FEE AFTER
CLEARANCE AT THE MULTI-
PURPOSE HALL OF THEFEDERAL
POLYTECHNIC, ILARO
B. REQUIREMENTS
1. TWO JAMB Documents
(receipt, photo card or
notification of results)
2. Three (3) Copies of SSCE, GCE/
O/Level NECO NABTEB (Original
copy must be sighted)
3. Four (4) recent passport photographs
C. AFTER THE CLEARANCE;
1. THE ACCEPTANCE/ APPLICATION
FORM FEES SHOULD BE PAID AT
THE BANK ON THE POLYTECHNIC
CAMPUS INDICATED ON THE
CLEARANCE LETTER ISSUED TO
Admitted students.
2. AFTER PAYMENT, TAKE THE
BANK DRAFT RECEIVED TO THE
BURSARY DEPARTMENT TO
OBTAIN THE OFFICIAL RECEIPT OF
THE Institution.
3. THERE AFTER, GO BACK TO THE
CLEARING OFFICER FOR YOUR
ADMISSION LETTERs.
Successful candidates should
however note that the deadline
for the payment of acceptance
or application fees for the first
list is Wednesday, 25th of July,
2012.
