FUOTUOKE bayelsa state has
completed preparations for the
2012/2013 post-utme screening
of second choice applicants,
who applied for a place of study
in the Institution.
SCHEDULE:
• The screening examination
would take place between July 26 and
27, 2012 as follows:
- Thursday July 26 Sciences
candidates only: Sciences
i.e Biochemistry, Biology, Botany,
Chemistry, Computer Science,
Mathematics, Microbiology,
Physics, Statistics and Zoology.
- Friday July 27 for All others Arts,
Social Sciences and Management
Sciences
• Eligibility for The Screening: Applicants must
have a minimum of 180 in JAMB UTME
• Candidates who made FUOTUOKE
first choice but missed the first
choice post-utme screening are
also eligible to participate.
PROCEDURE:
Registration is done online on
the University website from the
10th of July and to July
23, 2012.
• Candidates are to visit:
- Diamond bank plc
- ECOBANK bank plc
- First Bank nig
- Skye Bank nig
- Trans Atlantic Mortgage Bank nigeria
branches in Yenagoa or any
Diamond Bank and Skye Bank
branch in Nigeria along with
your UTME Registration print out.
• Candidates are required to
obtain an e-pin slip for the Post-
UTME test. After a payment
of two thousand naira
(N2,000.00) only in favour of the institution.
• Candidates are to proceed
with the PIN online and log on to
www.fuotuoke.edu.ng and link
the site www.fuotuoke.ac by
clicking on Apply for PUTME
Screening on options shown.
• Candidates are required to
Complete the online application
for Post-UTME test.
• The recent Passport photograph
the passport,note that photograph will be
captured by using a web camera
available on the computer you
are using for the online
registration.
——— There is no need to scan
and upload a photograph for
the registration.
———Candidates must ensure
that the computer they are using
has web camera.
• Print out the generated
Acknowledgment Letter and
your Application Forms after the registration.
———-Your seat number for
the screening exercise will be
indicated on the print out.
———-You must bring the
Acknowledgment Letter and
Application Form along to the
screening test venue.
VERY IMPORTANTS:
Candidates are required to note
that their application will not be
successful if Do one of the following:
• your UTME mark is less than
180
• the appropriate e-pin was not
used during registration
• you enter a State of Origin
different from the one indicated
on during JAMB registration.
